How long does it take to build an AI chatbot or automation?
Most projects go live in 2–6 weeks. A focused chatbot with CRM integration is 2–3 weeks. A full automation pipeline or multi-channel lead-gen system is 4–6 weeks. We ship a working version early so you can give feedback before we finalise.
What does an AI automation project cost?
From $2K for a focused single-channel chatbot to $50K+ for a full enterprise automation platform. Most projects fall between $3K and $15K. We scope every project individually, book a free 20-minute call and we will give you a realistic estimate within 24 hours.
Do I need technical knowledge or existing data to get started?
No technical knowledge required. We handle architecture, build, integration, and deployment. For AI training we work with whatever data you have, FAQs, past tickets, product docs, or even a brief. The more you have, the better the AI performs, but we can start from almost nothing.
Which AI models do you build with?
OpenAI GPT-4, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini. We pick the best model for your use case, budget, and latency. Not tied to any single vendor. We also integrate with WhatsApp Business API, n8n, Make, Zapier, Slack, HubSpot, and most major business tools.
What happens after the AI system launches?
We run a two-week soak, monitoring real traffic, catching edge cases, tuning the AI before handover. After that we offer monthly retainer packages, or you can manage it yourself; we document everything thoroughly.
Can you integrate with the tools we already use?
