SEO & AI SEO

Ranking in Google and being quoted by AI are the same job, done two ways.

One programme covering both: the technical work that makes a site legible to crawlers, the content architecture that earns the ranking, and the structure that gets you cited inside AI answers where there is no list of ten links to be third in. Targets stated before the work starts, results reported either way.

For founders, marketing leads and engineering teams across the USA, UK and Europe.

What the programme covers

Four layers, run as one.

Technical SEO

Crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, rendering. The unglamorous layer that decides whether anything else you do can even be seen — and the layer most agencies recommend rather than fix.

Content architecture

Topic clusters built from what people actually search, not what a tool suggested: a pillar that owns the broad term and spokes that own the specific ones, linked so authority moves between them.

AI search visibility

Being cited inside AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity. Self-contained answers a model can quote, verified crawler access, and structure that survives having the page stripped to text.

Measurement you can argue with

Search Console, analytics and rank tracking wired up properly, reported against targets set in advance — so the question is whether it worked, not which chart looks best this month.

How we work

Audit, ship, then prove it.

The difference between an SEO retainer and an SEO result is usually whether anyone shipped the recommendations. We ship them, and we agree in advance how we will know whether it worked.
01

Audit

What is broken, what is missing, and what is already working and should be left alone. You keep the audit whether or not you continue — it is useful on its own.

02

Fix and build

We ship the changes rather than filing them. Technical fixes first because they unblock everything else, then the content that has somewhere to land.

03

Measure against a stated target

A named query, a named position, a named date, written down before the work starts. When the date arrives we report what happened, including when the answer is that it did not work.

Who it fits

Built for people who want the truth on the report.

  • Founders who need demand that does not stop the moment the ad budget does
  • Marketing leads tired of reports that celebrate impressions while leads stay flat
  • Teams whose content is genuinely good and genuinely invisible
  • CTOs who want SEO advice that survives contact with a real codebase
How we work

Engineers, not just advisors.

SEO problems are frequently engineering problems: answers rendered only in JavaScript, schema that contradicts the page, a template that buries the one thing worth quoting. We build software for a living, so the fix and the finding come from the same team instead of being thrown over a wall.

How we report

The method is the proof.

We do not have a public SEO case study yet, so we are not going to show you someone else’s numbers dressed as ours. What we can show you is the method: targets written down before the work, and results reported when the date arrives whether or not they landed.

FAQ

Things teams ask us first.

Need a clearer answer? Ask directly. We reply within 24 hours.
What is the difference between SEO and AI SEO?
Same goal, two surfaces. Classic SEO earns a ranking in Google's results. AI SEO earns a citation inside an AI answer — an AI Overview, ChatGPT, Perplexity — where there is no list of ten blue links to be third in. The underlying work overlaps heavily: crawlable pages, clear structure, specific claims a machine can quote. Where they diverge is that AI answers reward self-contained, quotable passages and verifiable specifics far more than keyword placement. We run them as one programme because splitting them means doing the same audit twice.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google's index. What we do instead is commit to a specific, checkable target before the work starts — a named query reaching a named position by a named date — and then report the result whether or not it lands. A guarantee you cannot verify is worth less than a prediction you can.
How long before we see results?
Technical fixes register in weeks. Content and authority take months — three to six before a competitive term moves meaningfully, longer on a new domain with no backlinks. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is either targeting terms nobody searches or is about to do something you will have to undo.
What does it cost?
Scoped after an audit, because an SEO quote given before anyone has looked at the site is a guess. The audit itself tells you what is wrong and what it would take to fix — and it is worth having whether or not you continue with us.
Do you do the work, or hand us a report?
We do the work. Reports that end at recommendations are the reason most SEO engagements fail: the findings are correct and nobody ships them. We write the code, change the templates, fix the schema and deploy — or we work directly with your engineers if you would rather keep it in-house.
How do you approach AI Overviews and ChatGPT?
By making the content genuinely citable and the site genuinely crawlable, then verifying rather than assuming. That means checking each AI crawler's real access with its actual user-agent, making sure answers are in the server-rendered HTML rather than only in JavaScript, and structuring passages so a model can lift a complete answer without needing the surrounding page.
What happens if it does not work?
You hear it from us first, with the evidence. Every engagement carries a falsifiable check written down at the start, so there is a defined moment where the approach is either working or is not. If it is not, we say so and change the approach rather than moving the goalposts to a metric that happens to have gone up.
Do we own the work?
Yes — the content, the code changes, the audit documents and the measurement setup, all in your accounts and your repository. Nothing depends on keeping us.
