By using theprocoders.com (the "site") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by ProCoders ("we", "us").

Articles, guides, case studies, pricing ranges and other material on this site are provided for general information. They describe our experience and our published ranges at the date shown on each page; they are not a quote, a guarantee of results, or professional advice for your specific situation. Results described in case studies are real outcomes for the clients named and do not promise the same outcome for any other project.

We try to keep content accurate and current, and we mark posts with publication and update dates, but we make no warranty that any content is complete or error-free.

Nothing on this site creates a contract for services. Any engagement with ProCoders is governed by a separate written proposal and services agreement, which will set out scope, price, timeline, intellectual property and confidentiality terms. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

The site design, text, code samples, images and the ProCoders name and logo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to and quote short excerpts of our content with attribution and a link back. You may not republish articles in full, scrape the site for commercial datasets, or use our name or logo to imply endorsement without written permission.

Client names and logos in case studies are used with permission and remain the property of their owners.

You agree not to use the site to send spam through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with the site's operation, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringes someone else's rights.

The site links to third-party websites (for example LinkedIn, GitHub and vendor pricing pages) and relies on third-party services to deliver forms and analytics. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed services agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
