Web development

Websites that load fast, rank, and stay editable after we leave.

Marketing sites, ecommerce storefronts and headless CMS builds. Server-rendered so search engines can read them, fast enough that speed stops costing you conversions, and structured so your marketing team can ship a page without opening a ticket. From $5,000, published up front.

For founders, marketing leads and ecommerce teams across the USA, UK and Europe. Live in 3-9 weeks.

What we build

Four kinds of site, one performance standard.

Marketing and brand websites

The site that has to make the case before anyone talks to sales: fast, accessible, server-rendered so search engines can read it, and structured so your team can add pages without a developer.

Ecommerce storefronts

Catalogue, checkout and payments built for speed, because storefront latency is measured directly in abandoned carts. Integrated with the inventory and fulfilment systems you already run.

Headless CMS builds

Content editable by the people who own it, with layout and performance protected in code. No page builder slowly degrading into a maintenance problem nobody wants to touch.

Performance and Core Web Vitals

Existing site that loads badly and ranks worse for it. We measure, fix the causes rather than the symptoms, and hand back the scores with the work.

How we work

Fixed price, staging from week one, clean handover.

You see real pages early, you know the number before we start, and you keep every account and credential at the end.
01

Scope

A free 45-minute call and a fixed-price proposal within 72 hours, against a defined page list. No hourly meter, no scope that quietly grows.

02

Build

Staging from week one so you review real pages rather than mockups. Core Web Vitals tracked from the first commit instead of measured in a panic before launch.

03

Launch and hand over

Redirects mapped and verified before go-live, analytics and Search Console wired up, and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it. In your accounts, in your repository.

Who it fits

Built for teams who have to ship.

  • Marketing leads who need to ship a page without filing a developer ticket
  • Founders whose site no longer looks like the company they have become
  • Ecommerce owners losing conversions to a storefront that loads slowly
  • Teams replacing a page builder that has become impossible to maintain
Technical stack

Fast by construction, not by plugin.

Next.js or Astro with server rendering, a headless CMS your team can actually use, images and fonts handled properly, and hosting on a CDN. Performance comes from how the site is built rather than from an optimisation plugin bolted on afterwards.

Proof

Production systems, named clients.

Two published case studies with the metric on the page. Both are product outcomes rather than website metrics, and we would rather say so than dress them up as something else.
FAQ

Things teams ask us first.

Need a clearer answer? Ask directly. We reply within 24 hours.
How much does a website cost to build?
A marketing site or a focused storefront runs $5,000-$12,000 over 3-5 weeks. Add custom integrations, a headless CMS or a large catalogue and it moves into $12,000-$30,000 over 5-9 weeks. We publish these rather than asking you to book a call to find out.
What is the difference between this and your custom software service?
Websites versus applications. If people read it, browse it and get in touch, that is this page. If people log into it and it holds their data and their workflow, that is custom software development. Plenty of projects need both, and we scope them together when they do.
Can our marketing team edit the site without us?
That is usually the point. We build on a headless CMS so copy, images and pages are editable by the people who own them, with the layout and performance guarantees protected in code. No filing a ticket to change a heading.
Will the site actually be fast?
Yes, and it is measurable rather than a promise. We build against Core Web Vitals from the first commit and hand over with the scores in the report. Speed is a ranking factor and a conversion factor, and it is far cheaper to build in than to retrofit.
Do you do design, or do we need a separate designer?
Both work. We design and build, or we build faithfully from your designer's files in Figma. If you already have a brand you like, we would rather implement it properly than talk you into a redesign.
What about SEO?
The technical foundation is included by default: server-rendered pages, clean URLs, schema, correct headings, fast loading. Ongoing content and authority work is a separate service — see SEO and AI SEO — but you will not be starting from a site that fights you.
Can you rebuild an existing site without losing our rankings?
Yes, and this is where most redesigns go wrong. Rankings are lost to broken redirects, dropped content and changed URL structures, not to new visuals. We map every existing URL to its destination before launch and verify the redirects afterwards.
Who owns the site when you are done?
You do — code, content, domain, hosting and CMS, in your accounts. No proprietary builder you cannot leave, and no licence on your own website.
